My name is Najah Clark, and I am a senior English major with a concentration in Publishing and a minor in Ancient Studies. Since my sophomore year, I have been working as a Career Peer where I have been helping students with various career related questions and job application materials. My favorite part of my job is working with my co-workers because we support each other through work, but also as friends. I love doing my nails, listening to music, and spreading positivity wherever I can!

Ella is a junior at Washington University in St. Louis studying Cognitive Neuroscience and Data Science. As a Civic Scholar, she is investigating the growing public health crisis among rural women in America. Besides working at the Career Center, she is a staff photographer for the school’s newspaper and serves on the leadership team for the WashU Society of Women Engineers.

I am a Junior at WashU majoring in computer science, with a passion for artificial intelligence. I am currently serving as a TA for CSE247. As a Career Peer, I strive to support students by providing feedback on resumes and cover letters, assisting with internship and job searches, and addressing various career-related questions. My name is Viktoriia Knyaz, and I am an international second-year student majoring in Architecture. Before coming to America, I graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Lyceum in Ukraine, where, as a student parliament member, I brought new and exciting initiatives to student life. I am also a finalist of the Ukraine Global Scholars, a non-profit organization created to help talented Ukrainian school students apply for and get an education at top global boarding schools and colleges. I currently mentor Ukrainian students who are part of this organization and help them on their journey to get an education in elite universities in the US and worldwide. Also, after finishing my first year at WashU, I had the opportunity to intern in an interior design studio and the city council of my city in Ukraine. As a Career Peer at the Center for Career Engagement, I am excited to share my experiences and support fellow students in navigating their career paths.

Hi I am Adarsh Tandi, 2nd year MBA student at Olin. I am from Dharwad, India. I have a mechanical engineering degree and 4+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing across Tech startups where I have led strategy projects. On the side, I’ve been an entrepreneur and dabbled in the food industry with a cloud kitchen serving meals to Covid patients. When I’m not conquering the world of business or cooking up a storm, you’ll find me unwinding with cricket, football (big fan of Lamine Yamal) and snooker. Finally, like most of you I have come to B-school to pivot into consulting. So that’s me, a mechanical engineer turned sales maestro, part-time chef, a sports enthusiast and aspiring to be a great consultant.
