Industries

Within our community, both students and alumni embody a wide range of opportunities for applying problem-solving skills, showcasing a passion that spans various domains, and contributing to the transformative impact of technology in enhancing our world.

We have general resources to guide you to your next step whether it be in industry, research, or grad school.  There are also specialized resources we’ve split into the three words that make up our community:

  • Engineering (encompassing all engineering branches)
  • Data (spanning data analysis, data science, machine learning, and statistics)
  • Technology (encompassing software development, environmental analysis, healthcare analytics, and Environment and Sustainability)

Not sure where to start? Look here!

The following five phases are applicable for any professional pursuit — internship, fellowship, job, graduate program — in just about any discipline, practice, or industry. Some fields will require (and expect) very specific approaches to the application, or may follow a particular protocol during the selection process; be sure to do your research.
