We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for BluIP. In this role, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the cloud communication industry and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and leadership ability to effectively position BluIP in the market and achieve our business objectives. This position is located in our Glendale, CA office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for BluIP’s products and services.
  • Lead the marketing team in planning and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and more.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and cross-functional teams to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize tactics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, influencers, media outlets, and other stakeholders to enhance BluIP’s visibility and credibility in the market.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, website content, sales enablement materials, and other assets to support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cloud communication and marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and growth.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the technology or cloud communication industry.
  • Deep understanding of cloud communication solutions, including VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive marketing decisions and strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively, solve problems, and drive innovation to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing industry and organization.
