OVERVIEW

Spectacle Live, New England’s fastest-growing independent concert promoter and live event venue operator, is seeking an organized and motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work in live entertainment. This full-time position will work closely with Spectacle Live’s Talent Buying team to assist with day-to-day operations associated with the booking, promotion, and execution of quality national touring artists in Spectacle Live venues. Core responsibilities include contract management, market trend research, and tracking of internal department financial databases.

LOCATION

This position is based at Spectacle Live’s offices at 57 Bedford Street, Suite 115 in Lexington MA. This is a full-time in-office role, with occasional responsibilities to be carried out at Spectacle Live’s venues throughout New England.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the research and documentation of artist ticket sales, ticket prices, and market trends
  • Track, edit and execute venue applications, contracts, deposits, and licensees
  • Track and administer artist deposits and contracts
  • Maintain daily department financial databases
  • Secure and maintain calendar avails and holds with various venues
  • Create and maintain information databases
  • Assist in the creation of show settlements and closeouts
  • Represent Spectacle Live in-person at booked events as needed
  • Coordinate show announce/on-sale schedules with artists/agents and internal departments
  • Secure marketing assets and other pertinent information for show builds and on-sales
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and basic computer skills required
  • Excellent organization skills required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
  • Prior live entertainment or event experience preferred
  • Prior contract management experience preferred
